Challngy ("the App") is a challenge and accountability tracking app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Account information: Email address, first name, and last name (provided during registration). Password (stored securely using encryption). Google account profile information (name, email) if you sign in with Google.
• Challenge data: Challenge titles, categories, goals, and schedules you create. Check-in records and progress data.
• Device and technical data: Push notification token (to send you reminders). Timezone (to send notifications at appropriate times).

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the App
• To track your challenge progress and streaks
• To send push notification reminders for your challenges
• To authenticate your account

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Expo Push Notifications: We use Expo's push notification service to deliver reminders to your device. See Expo's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Challenge data, check-in history, and account information are stored in our database for as long as your account is active.

Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account information, all challenges you created, all check-in and activity history, and your push notification token. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
